Purpose and legal basis of personal data processing
The camera surveillance register collects data about identifiable persons who move or have moved in or around our premises to ensure safety and protection of the property, as well as to prevent and investigate crimes, damages, and accidents occurring on the company's premises.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the controller's legitimate interest.
Content and regular sources of the data
The following personal data is collected from identifiable persons:
Data collected through technical monitoring, such as image, video, or audio
Location
Data is collected from people in the filmed or supervised area with a surveillance camera or other access control system.
Recipients and recipient groups of personal data
Personal data is transferred to service providers related to the security of Nordic Sports Brands Oy's premises to perform these tasks. Personal data is never transferred outside the company without a valid data processing agreement. Data can be transferred to the authorities as required by legislation or if the authority submits a data request.
Data retention
Recordings are stored for six (6) months, after which the recordings are automatically deleted from the recording location. Recordings may be stored longer if it is necessary for the preparation, presentation, or defense of a legal claim. For more information about personal data retention, contact [email protected].

The personal data contained in the register is not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area or to an international organization.
