Purpose and legal basis of personal data processing
We collect and process the personal data of representatives and contact persons of potential customers and new service providers for the purpose of sales and marketing of our products and services, operational development, and customer acquisition.

The data is collected from public sources, for example the organization’s website.

Personal data is not transferred outside the company. Personal data may be transferred to the authorities as required by legislation or if the authority submits a data request.
Data retention
Personal data will only be stored until the purposes described in this register have been fulfilled. Generally, personal data will be stored for five (5) years from the last contact between the controller and the data subject, unless the data subject requests the deletion of their personal data prior to this.
